Returns and Refunds Policy

Not satisfied? No worries, exchange or return is absolutely possible!

We get it, sometimes online shopping doesn't go exactly as planned. Maybe it looked better on your screen, maybe it clashed with your decor, or maybe Aunt Agatha had yet another uninvited opinion. Whatever the reason, we’ve made our returns policy simple, fair, and friendly.

The “Change of Heart” Clause

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to reconsider your purchase. That gives you enough time to:

  • Ask your friends (and Instagram followers) for advice
  • Find a better match for your interior
  • And most importantly, forgive yourself for that style experiment

But before sending anything back, please always contact our customer service first at info@protectacovers.com so we can find the best solution together, often with less waste and less cost to you and the planet.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging
  • Items must be in resalable condition
  • The return must be pre-registered via email to info@protectacovers.com

    Returns not meeting these conditions may be refused.

Refunds

  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue your refund (excluding original shipping costs) within 3–14 days
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • You will receive confirmation once the refund has been issued

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We do not provide a return label
  • Returns are made at your own risk – we recommend using Track & Trace
  • If the item is sent to the wrong address or gets lost in transit, we unfortunately cannot reimburse you

International Returns

Our store works with multiple suppliers worldwide. This means your return address may be outside of Europe, and return shipping may exceed £20. Please consider this before initiating a return, and reach out to us first so we can explore alternatives together.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Is your item faulty or not as described? We want to fix it!
Please contact us first via the contact form or email info@protectacovers.com with clear photos/videos. This way, we can resolve the issue without you having to pay any return costs.

All returns must include a Return Form and Track & Trace code.

  • Email info@protectacovers.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Wait for confirmation and return instructions
  • Print and include the return form in your package
  • Ship the item using Track & Trace and share the tracking link with us
  • Once we receive the item in good condition, your refund will be processed within 3 working days
